I’ve just completed my fourth 30 minute run. I felt up for the thirty minutes by the end of Week 7. At 63 carrying just shy of 13 stone I never believed I could do it. Those 60 second runs scared me in week 1. I also got an injury part way through and after resting three weeks had to go back three weeks and start again. However, I’m here and proud. I will definitely keep this up.

I’ve started doing the Strength and Flex programme in between running days and would highly recommend. Creaky sore muscles and joints are definitely improving.

Thanks for the support of this community.

Yay!
