I DID IT!! Week 9 run 3 and I even managed a few extra mins on the end so 4.6 km in 38 minutes.
Can’t believe it! Started jan 6th and repeated one week. Think it was week 5- but carried on and carried on and got to the end.
For anyone who is reading this on first few weeks please believe me - I could NEVER RUN- even as a child I’d be the one hiding on sports day. But I was determined and just kept going and I’ve done it!! Park run June!!
