Can't believe I've done 25 mins running this morning, which worked out at 2 miles...2 MILES! So impressed with myself 🤣 not only that, I left the safety of the local park and ran on the pavement!

Me too! I was worried about 25 mins non-stop and it wasn't easy but feels great that we achieved it. I always run in my local park as I find it better for my feet, ankles knees. Pavements are so hard to run on. I'll need to find a slightly longer route for week 7 as I had to walk past my house and back to get in the 5 mins cool down walk😄 Well done you.
