Similar here in NE Manchester. I'm just about to go out in it for a 6.5km slow/fast intervals run. Maybe I should put on the lead-weight shoes.

I'm the other side of the Pennines and it's been wet and windy here too. It makes it hard when the wind is in your face but it's great when you turn the corner Hope your third run is a good one and the weather improves a bit x
