Well finished week 3 - seem to have improved my breathing and felt could run a little longer but had sore calves towards the end: not cramp but soreness.
What exercises can I do on rest day? Is this normal as not done any exercise before starting this? π€

Hi - can I ask what warming up exercises you do? I do stretches after the run ( NHS link I found on here somewhere) I think I need to hold each stretch for longer! Will see how I go tomorrow at adapting how I run (actually itβs a very slow jog!) as am finding got nice rhythm going when jogging and also finding breathing a lot easier! Have watched videos re slow running and done some research on internet. Thanks for the advice. π
