I've just completed W6R3 and wondered if it's just me or does anyone else prefer the runs where you're running consistently and not stopping for walking breaks. I understand the reasons why and have always done what I'm told, but have felt like I'm just getting in the swing of it and then have to walk again and the next run doesn't seem to have quite the pizazz! Of course it could just be that I'm weird, but I'm cool with that π€£
Yey, I'm officially a runner now ππ€£ - Couch to 5K

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, as Laura or your coach told you, "you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER" , there are no more walking breaks from now on until you graduate.
Yes, once you have your flow stopping feels really jarring for me.. Yes you are a runner! Be proud!
I know what you mean. I could especially have kept running in the first few weeks, but for once, I thought just do what youβre told and that itβs designed like this for a reason! Anyway, no more walking breaks, and congrats on being an official runner πββοΈπππΌ.
Congratulations! πππYup, we all feel like just flying sometimes. I'm especially bad at following training plans, but the best thing I ever did was follow couch to 5k to the letter. I graduated with no injuries and I'm still a runner 18 months later. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you will get there!
