W8R3 done. And all runners passing by were smiling to each other! We are a very positive community 😉.

I am so happy and definitely ready for the final week. And I am still in disbelief what I was able to achieve in just two months. Very clever program and extremely supportive forum 🙌.

It’s such a good mind clearer a time to just be and keep moving

Again, fantastic news. Very well done to get so far so quickly, and you enjoy it too. Enjoy and relish Week 9, I think there will never be such a feeling ever again as when you run that last day on the last week.

I will treasure that feeling forever! All was needed - to believe in myself, regardless that my mind was trying to say otherwise 😆. All my running friends were saying - it is a mind over matter. And it is so true.
