Hey Guys.

Long time couch surfer here but I've finally given myself a talking to and decided that I'm doing this!

I'm in Newport, Shropshire if anybody is looking for a running buddy or motivation regarding keeping on track. πŸ‘πŸ»

Stay safe all,

John x

No.... we are here to point you in the right direction and as with all our runners, to keep you safe, injury free and happy! This is a great community and with lockdown and all its stresses is even more supportive.

Well done for ejecting yourself off that couch! Tv is so overated πŸ‘.

You've already had plenty of great advice in your replies, definitely read through them,

Just briefly though, stretches are so important and I've thrown in a link for our strength and flex forum which will only benefit that running.

I found this community a couple of weeks in and find it really helpful. And now you've told us you're starting we'll all be looking out for your posts, so you're committed now!
