Week 7 run 1 completed!

Although I completed the 25 minute run, my distance was shorter than the 25 minute run in week 6. I took it very steady as I wanted to complete! My scootering sidekick kept me going ❀️ Lovely early evening run πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ big thumbs up to all 😊

Don't worry about distance, you did it. Some runs are better than others. There are usually reasons. But for now keep running. You can do analysis of your runs later.
