Week 3 just 2nd run my legs felt too heavy and i wasnt completing the runs today done it 2 days ago im wondering if shud stick to a 2 day break between runs ...and are u meant to stretch before?

It's definitely a good idea to stretch before you run Baylife moreso during the winter months when it's cooler. Those dynamic stretches pre run, not only do they prepare your muscles to run, but also they'll increase your heartrate and get that blood pumping!

Don't worry about a run that's done Baylife if it's a particularly bad one we'll recycle it in the couch to 5 k bin ✅🗑️🚮 feel free to rid yourself..... And focus on that next brilliant run 💪
