Good morning, I’m blue sloth and trying to get more active and healthy. I used to have a very active job, where I had to constantly train and now I teach primary children so although I’m standing all the time I’m not very active.

I would recommend reading IannodaTruffe’s link at least twice. Once now and again in a day/week. It’s a lot of really good information.
