Week 9 starts tomorrow never thought I would be running none stop for 30 minutes think at my pace I’ll do 4.5k so not too much pace to pick up. To anyone starting out my advice is stick it out have faith in yourself as it’s all in your head and most importantly enjoy it.

Well done.Only a small proportion of graduates from this forum who responded to a poll, managed 5k in 30 minutes by graduation healthunlocked.com/couchto5....

Graduation requirements are that you complete three thirty minute runs, regardless of distance.

couch to 30 minutes of running doesn’t quite have the same ring to it as couch to 5k. 😂 I’m happy to just be able to run for 30 minutes I know the distance will come eventually

Don't push it. It looks as if you will get well over 4K in 30 so that 5K can wait a month. You will do it under 40 minutes and that's a great baseline. I might get to sub 40 minutes before the summer if I'm lucky... and if I work at it.
