I can’t believe I’m typing week 8 run 1 but there you go! I did it this morning and it was one of the best runs I’ve ever had. It was -11 🥶 and snowy underfoot but I loved every minute! I have been following the plan since August so it’s taken me a while to get here but I don’t care! Every run I have done and every week I have had to repeat got me to this point. I’m 46 and was carrying a lot of weight, I’ve lost 30lbs and feel the fittest I ever have. I’m really enjoying following everyone’s journeys and find it very motivating. I hope to complete the plan in 5 runs time...we shall see!
