Hiya,
Went out again and this time wore Yaktrax having read about them here. As mentioned, on regular ground with no snow it feels awkward. I am kinda scared that I harm the Yaktrax by using them on pavement. But I can't pull them on / off / on 10 times in a run. Anyhow on ice and snow they are lovely! Such grip they give you. I actually ran at the same pace as normally without snow and ice, reaching 3,18 km in 30 minutes. Nice! They are a keeper, though I won't mind if the ice is gone. Almost buckled my ankle a few times because of frozen lumps of mud.
The hot hot hot in the title is cus I dressed like I did on Monday. But it was apparently a few degrees warmer and I definitely felt it! Had to unzip my bodywarmer and fleece sweater. Next time, better check the weather...
And I added another pic for sphere!
Cheers, Evy
