Should be doing W2D3 tomorrow but I twisted my ankle at work (only slightly). Would it be ok to try and make it through the 30 minutes of discomfort or should I just rest until it’s fully recovered.

Well I’m no expert but if something is damaged you should be very careful. I would suggest rest it.

Hi there. I would rest up. It’s not worth doing more damage then being out of action for longer. Take care
I agree with the others, if you run now you risk hurting your ankle more and then you'll be out for several weeks instead of a few days. Rest the ankle, put ice on it, elevation, etc. Good healing!
