Well it's been 2 years since I first completed this and ended up doing Parkruns most weeks but have let it all go after about a year so having signed up to 90 day challenge with OYNB which I'm now on day 32 I thought it would be a good time to get back into shape with some running which I loved last time so yesterday I went out in the snow and did my first run and it honestly made me feel good all day so hey ho onwards & upwards and this time doing it with no hangover all this from a 63 year old whom I hopes ambitions aren't bigger than his capabilities ...wish me luck👍🤞
