I did my 1st run yesterday after thinking about it for ages. I got up and tried to think of every excuse to not do it. But I did it and I’m so proud of myself! Looking forward to the next run.

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days, good luck for your running journey with C25K 😊 🏃🏾
Yes go you, it took a friend encouraging me to actually start it and she's my running buddy, I find it helps to have her there so when I feel like giving up she just tells me it's a little bit further. Good luck !
First of many, many, many more runs. But first, get to 30 minutes. It seems a long way off, but trust the programme, and more importantly, trust in yourself. First step is the hardest. Well done.
Well done you for getting out there, it took me ages to get out there too, but the great feeling you get from completing each run is a thought that you must hang on to- it'll get you through the plan even on days that are tough - the buzz afterwards is amazing, wallow in it!
Keep that thought with you next time you're struggling to get out of the house, you may have to kick your butt hard some days but keep focused on how good you'll feel afterwards. 🤸
