Good luck and enjoy
Hello and welcome to the program and forum ! You will find a lot of support here especially if you post about your runs !
Enjoy the program 😁👍
welcome and best wishes with the C25K
That sounds just like me. Walked miles in the first lockdown and it seemed like the next step. Good luck x
Carry on walking on your "rest" days. Running is a completely different physiological action. You may find your aerobic capacity is fine. But don't be disappointed if you find it tough. On the other hand. Don't be disappointed if you find it easy either. In that case, don't be tempted to do more than the programme.
Hi BBM.....Well done on completing your first run today, it’s addictive and you’ll soon get the running bug. Take the running parts nice and slow, so you’ve got plenty left in the tank to complete each run, you can always finish with a flourish if you have and impress the neighbours 😉 make this forum your go to place for all the help and support you need....Good Luck 👍🏃♀️
Welcome Bunnysbeautifulmind, you will love C25K! I joined in January and so far, am really enjoying the new challenge, despite the fact I have always said.....’I can’t run/jog’! Good luck and enjoy 😊
Thanks guys I'll keep you updated. Great advice and thankyou all.
Rwran18 I can relate I've always said that and given up, but this time I'm vvv determined 😊
