Had to juggle a few days as too slippery underfoot for me and my dodgy back to risk it but finally got through Week 3 without too much trouble. Onwards and upwards to Week 4 ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿƒ

Well done for persevering! You certainly havenโ€™t had much luck with the icy conditions. I wonโ€™t run if itโ€™s icy, I go on the grassy bank.

Does it feel easier second time around?

Yes I guess it does. But I know what to expect too and still got some basic fitness I suppose which I built up first time around last year. Noticed I've got a tendency to go waaaayy too fast which is OK for the shorter stints but may catch up with me as the weeks progress๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿƒ

Iโ€™m sure you have basic fitness, but the old advice is still good - slow and steady! Iโ€™m still good at that, although I can run a lot further now. I still canโ€™t run 5K in 30 minutes ๐Ÿ˜Š

There's a lot on here who can't run 5k in 30 mins but we're all not getting any younger although we are getting fitter๐Ÿ˜ I'm definitely not a distance runner. Not got the build for it. I'd much rather run a fast 5k than jog along for hours on end but that's me I'm afraid ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ˜‚
