Had to juggle a few days as too slippery underfoot for me and my dodgy back to risk it but finally got through Week 3 without too much trouble. Onwards and upwards to Week 4 ๐๐๐

Well done for persevering! You certainly havenโt had much luck with the icy conditions. I wonโt run if itโs icy, I go on the grassy bank.

Yes I guess it does. But I know what to expect too and still got some basic fitness I suppose which I built up first time around last year. Noticed I've got a tendency to go waaaayy too fast which is OK for the shorter stints but may catch up with me as the weeks progress๐ค๐จ๐
Iโm sure you have basic fitness, but the old advice is still good - slow and steady! Iโm still good at that, although I can run a lot further now. I still canโt run 5K in 30 minutes ๐
There's a lot on here who can't run 5k in 30 mins but we're all not getting any younger although we are getting fitter๐ I'm definitely not a distance runner. Not got the build for it. I'd much rather run a fast 5k than jog along for hours on end but that's me I'm afraid ๐๐จ๐๐
