Feel better for the rest!

Haven’t run for the last week due to black ice, so missed three runs, I had been struggling with a bit of a cold and a sore thigh and the last couple of runs had been a disaster for me....

But back today and it was great! Had been looking at posts and a lot of people were saying it’s not so bad to have a bit of a break..... and it has worked! So pleased. Feel so good again.

Thanks for all the advice guys, it’s always useful. ❤️❤️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
