Welcome Zsasle. There’s plenty of help and support on here for you, you’ve reached Week 4 which is brilliant so well done 👏🏻 you should be proud.
Take the running parts nice and slow and try to relax. Try to get your breathing into a good steady rhythm. Take a nice deep breath in through your mouth then purse your lips slightly as you exhale. Get this into a steady rhythm and you’ll find that you don’t feel so out of breath. Imagine you’re body is like a machine and the oxygen your taking on board is your fuel. Good Luck 👍
Zsasle I finished week 4 last week and surprisingly I enjoyed it. My advice is to put something on you enjoy listening to and go slow. For me it was podcasts - bit different to music and the time literally flies. Good luck and be careful the pavements are really icy 👍

Hello Zsasle! Nerves are pretty normal I think 😊. I’m on consolidation runs now, but I still feel a bit anxious before each one - will I be able to do it basically. But I can and I do! We’re stronger than we think. Happy running 🏃♀️😀

Every week seems impossible before you do it, but week 3 has prepared you for it. Just take it slow, you'll be fine!

I'm not going to deny it. Week 4 is a step up.
However, you've prepared for it. Remember it's very slow jogs and brisk walks.
I did it !! I can’t believe how daunting it was just thinking about it but int he end it was very doable bring it on D2W4 !!🎉🎉 thanks for all the support !!
I'm starting week 4 day 1 on Wednesday and I'm nervous too! How did you find it in the end?Are you ready for week 5?
Ya it was great, I didn’t think I was ready but I just kept running and I pushed myself. I have one more run in week 4 and then I’m off to week 5. I think I’m ready , not even nervous about it. It seems to be harder first run of the week and does get easier. Have fun you’re gonna do great !!
I’m just about to start week 4 and feeling very nervous about it. I have got better each week and feel amazing afterwards but am yet to feel good whilst doing it.
