Hi all, happy new year! I’m taking the first steps for a healthier me, I’ve always loved the idea of running the freedom etc my current fitness level I couldn’t run even if being chased by a masked serial killer! But I guess everyone starts somewhere, I’m contemplating the couch to 5k as I see so many positive posts regarding it, my teenage daughter is happy to give it a whirl with me (a twist on girl time)

Any hints/tips would be greatly appreciated

Xx

Congratulations on taking the first big step! My advice is to keep pace slow. Speed will come later and well-paced runs will mean you can enjoy it! I am looking forward to hearing how it goes, best of luck.

And welcome to the most wonderful community!
