So I’ve been gone a while due to personal reasons but I’m back running. I must admit it’s been extremely hard getting back into Week 3, went on my second run of week 3 and still finding it tough so I think I might have to repeat week 3 once I’ve finished it. Any advice?

Hi BethEdwards23 ...welcome back, it’s good to see you!! If I were you, if you’ve completed week 3, I would move on to week 4...some of the runs are harder than others and so are the weeks, see how you go with week 4 first 😉
