3rd consolidation run.....

I got out today to do a 3rd consolidation run - was certainly better than my weekend run but I struggled with my breathing. I might have been because I was running naked (hope I’m using that term correctly!) and all I could hear was my heavy breathing - put me off a bit! Anyway - better than the last run so onwards and upwards 👍🏃‍♀️

VG11 stick with the naked Running, in time you'll not focus on that puffing and panting as it'll relax then you'll fully appreciate the benefits 👍
