Week 9 Success

This morning I ran for a full 30 minutes and covered 4.74km. It wasn’t easy but I followed the app and have not missed a run so I guess I have proved it works 😀. I felt the same after 30 minutes today as I did after 8 minutes in week three and then 20 minutes at week four. So yes it’s still painful but no way did I think I could sustain running for that long. Two more runs to graduation and then a new challenge to keep going.

Wow, you go FAST!! When I run 30 minutes in 1 go, I reach 3.29 km 🤣

Thanks! Perhaps that’s why it’s tough. I want to hit 5k so maybe a bit slower would help me. I don’t really know what a good time is.
