Thanks for all the support I received following my post a couple of days ago. I went out yesterday evening to run for 20min despite some anxiety about being able to complete it. Well....it was great and I completed it without puffing and panting. I am so so chuffed and this has been a huge milestone for me

Well done! It’s a great feeling isn’t it. You KNOW you can do it now, and that will never go away. It makes all the difference moving forward.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Make sure you are well hydrated and don't try to go fast. Slowly slowly is key. Just go for it no need to be anxious, you'll do just fine. x
