Returning to Couch to 5k in 2021!

I'm back! :-)

Completed C25k in Nov 2018 and achieved 5km in a very respectable 30m20s. Had to stop running as tight IT bands caused some stress fractures in the feet!! (yeah was in agony!) I'm returning after a period of low impact workouts/exericise as I'm determined to not be beaten.

**I MISS THE BUZZ AND THE ACHIEVEMENT**

Hoping lots more stretching and warm ups and warm downs will prevent the feet from giving up on me.

Love to hear from others who were in a similar situation and what you did to overcome it.

Hi Chris! Great to see you back. Happy C25K’ing again. 😀 Hope your IT bands behave - my word that must have been excruciating. 😩
