12month update

I completed the C25K 12 months ago and found this site very motivating at the time so thought I would check in with an update.

On NYE I jogged my usual 4.5km course marvelling that the habit appears to have stuck!

I’m not really any faster than 12mnths ago, I haven’t progressed to 10km and I’m not sure it feels any easier.

However Strava tells me I’ve covered 600km in 2020 and I feel healthier than I have for a long while.

Even my relatively low weekly km, done regularly has made a noticeable difference.

Keep going!
