I think most of us have felt that way. Just go out and do your thing.

Hi Ali50n,

there's no need to feel apprehensive, trust in the app as it is really good 👍

Many of us have been in your shoes but are now regular runners much to our surprise 😀

All the best for week 1

Hey Ali50n. Most of felt apprehensive before our first run. When you’ve done come back and tell us how you did and how you feel, just remember to go slow and steady. Generally if you think you’re going slow then drop it down a gear and go slower. Good luck we’re all rooting for you.

The 'pre-C25K apprehension' was with me for ages before I actually started - in the end, I took a deep breath, counted to 10 and just went and did it!- the plan is really good and I never ceased to be amazed at what I was capable of as I have never run anywhere in my entire life!I started back in September and am now a regular 'slow' runner as I don't want to risk any injuries that might stop me moving forward onto my next challenge. You can do it, I'll look out for your posts.

🤾‍♀️

Its a great plan...have faith in it, don't try to go too fast and if you get injuries....let them heal before continuing. There's no rush to the end...its your own personal journey to fitness. I loved it and have only my final two runs to do when the snow clears. Never thought I'd be here but I am and you will be in a few weeks. Enjoy xxx

No need to feel apprehensive. W1R1 nearly killed me but I survived and am now on W8. It's not about speed, just putting one foot in front of the other. You will totally smash it 🤗
