Ice on path and Grass!

Gutted... .... icy pathway and grass only did 1k, and thought I'd better stop ✋ the potential to get injury then no run.

But feels really bad i couldn't do my Main Run, but at least I did something.

Considering home treadmill in Garage until spring, thats how Passionate I am.

No need to be gutted, very icy this morning because melted snow, rain, the whole lot froze causing all that ice.

I think 1 k in ice is a great achievement - much harder work when you have to watch every step!
