I decided to do my last run of 2020 this evening (very icy on the paths so I had to tread carefully in places) I think I still prefer my early morning runs. Santa delivered a Garmin Forerunner watch and I used it for the first time today and was very pleased the GPS seems more accurate than my phone (I tracked the run on the phone as well and I did 0.3K more on my watch).
Pleased how quick the watch uploaded the data to the Garmin Connect app I ran 5.33Km for 33.54 minutes at a pace of 6.23. I think I started too fast as I flagged on the way round I need to work on my pace during the toxic 10.
I can't believe that at the start of C25K in September I struggled to run for a minute.
