Well done Mark. There's loads of advice to be found online to help prevent/mend shin splints. Take care not too overdo things.
Me too and well done to you! I'm starting week 4 tomorrow as well and just wondering how I will go with the 5 minute stints - I keep telling myself that it's all mind over matter! I'm praying for a cool change to blow in overnight as we have had 40 degree temperatures all weekend (I live in Melbourne) which is impossible to do anything in! I've been having horrible shin splints! Make sure you rest properly between runs and look at exercises, i trace the alphabet with my feet like 5 times a day to keep it stretching
