My last 2020 run

So, like many others, today was my last run of the year,

I was going to go tomorrow but the weather was decent enough today so thought I'd get out there ,

It was also my first run since Christmas Eve !

As always, feel much better for having done it !

Cats are wise. Except mine. I think he was at the back of the queue when brains were given out. Once we go back to work in the Spring (?!) he'll be lost.

My last run of 2020 was today too. Next year I hope Parkrun starts (I'm guessing May though.) I hope to be up to 10K and maybe more by then. Just think I would never have thought that even in August. All the best for 2021.

Good for you! It was a nice winter day here today so even though cold, not bitterly cold on my run.Isn't it lovely how our cats and dogs don't care about everything going on, summed up nicely by your Misty!

I didn't post my run, it started out really well as I ran at my favourite time of day - pre-breakfast. It was all going terribly well and quite a nippy pace, until my sore hip kicked in, caused by managing my dog on the lead for the first few days. So am in the wars, hopefully not on the IC though!Cats are cool and don't cause aches and pains like strong dogs!

Well, I'm hoping this is just strained muscles! I seem to be a bit injury prone, but am not assuming the worst yet. Hopefully a few run-free days will settle it down!
