Just done W7R2 and then got a foot injury (from open water swimming not running). I cant walk let alone run so am currently confined to couch. I am gutted. I was so close. Am guessing I will need a week, if not more, rest. Anyhow it’s done so i’m planning for my return - do I have to start again? Repeat a week?

Oh dear MoGoGoose, that's an ouch! I'd say if you've reached week7 then that's great progress. The fitness you've gained won't just vanish overnight, perhaps if you're laid up for a week why not go back and repeat week 7 run 1 👍
