Well having a diffucult time at the moment..... not sure why. Saturday was my time for W5R2 but couldn't do it and today didn't manage it either. Tomorrow morning is the day for W5R2 so that's the plan. Any tips for staying strong when it's not easy?

Hi Kes101. I had a few runs like you are having now. One in particular took me 4 attempts to complete. I found the key to be to come on here and share my story. The is always so much great advice and, best of all a genuine albeit virtual hug, when you need one. Keep going, you are doing brilliantly. I graduated in October and am still running 3x a week and can now do 5k and that was from a very overweight standing start, so I am sure that you can do it too 😁
