For Christmas, I was very lucky to receive an Apple Watch from my husband. I haven’t been running for a couple of months or more due to having had,firstly a strained calf muscle and, secondly, COVID-19, so I think I will have to start again at the beginning again now (I was only on Week 5 Run 2)
I am trying to find a way of getting the nhs Couch to 5K app on my Apple Watch but it doesn’t seem to exist. Am I missing it? Is there a work around? If not, is there an alternative app I could use to do the same thing. (I am new to running and need a proper programme to work through)
