My first 5k!!

I’ve just ran my first 5k! I’m so chuffed. I’ve lost 9 1/2 stone - at one point I struggled to walk, let alone run. And I weighed this morning and I’m lighter than I’ve been for over 42 years!

Today is a pretty good day!
