Just completed Week 5 run 3. First time ever run that long and mentally I wasn’t looking forward to it but I could have run longer. A couple of days off for Christmas then start week 6!

I remember that run, it felt amazing. Just keep going you ll get there, but you still can have the 'bad run' feeling in upcoming runs. But you re legs can outrun these thoughts in your head !

I've just done that one too. It was surprisingly easier than expected. What a treat for Xmas!
