WooHooo! My Christmas present to myself has been delivered early...albeit in a rather sweaty, gasping fashion!

I am so, so chuffed. It has taken a while with lots of repeats, but apart from when I had to take a week off due to a knee injury, I've met my target of running three times a week (well, okay, I'll gloss over the one Saturday when I should have run, but actually completely forgot!).

Thanks for the great support on this forum. Consolidation here I come!

I eat one Mince Pie every afternoon during the Christmas period, I also eat one after my run on a Wednesday and Saturday morning, perhaps I will eat two if I got a sub 30 minute 5k but that's highly unlikely.
