Wk6R2 harder

Snowed slush here last night so I ran on a gravel field at a school. I think planning to go out and back instead of round and round will be better for me but sidewalks were still icy today. A change of scenery keeps my mind occupied😀.

I did find it harder than the one before. I think partly because I overdressed for the cold but the field was in sun, no wind. I stripped off a layer in the walk portion. I haven't left the house in leggings yet but may have to soon🤣🤣🏃🏻‍♀️It is a learning curve in so many ways. I was confident that today would be easy but it wasn't. Now I'm reading the advice here about positive/negative thinking and getting ready for the 25 minute snail pace jog on Christmas Eve.

Well done coolfemme, some runs are just harder than others, but you did it ! 👏🏻👏🏻 Try not to overthink it all, I’ve found you run much better if you go out feeling as relaxed as you possibly can and take nice slow deep breaths as you run. You’re doing great 👍 🏃‍♀️
