My first Fartlek.....pardon!

So having never heard of Fartlek before but suggested by Blossom- (thanks) I downloaded the NRC 1st Fartlek run.......what fun 🤩

I mean my harder and hardest paces are probably still pretty pathetic compared to most but I can’t tell you how amazing it felt to run fast for a few short bursts and feel so strong (and not feel like I looked completely ridiculous although thank god I can’t actually see myself running🤪)

I really enjoyed this run and the whole Fartlek concept will definitely do it again. Big thanks to C25K and all of you out there for getting me to this previously unimaginable place of enjoying running. 😘

I’ve been thinking about giving this NRC Run a go, I think I’ll try it on your recommendation Pooped77, it sounds fun 👍
