W5R2 done this morning

I did W5R1 on Sunday morning, W5R2 today, neither very fast but I completed them.

I'm confident for W5R3 on Thursday - in today's podcast Laura said it's more of a mental battle than physical so I am thinking positive.

Today's run along the river started off into a headwind - and when I turned back to head towards home it also felt as if it was into a headwind.

Why is that?? It's the same when I go on my bike :(

Also I realised that today marked a turning point - I've now done 14 runs of the programme, now only 13 to go!

Well done.

The headwind is what is known as apparent wind, created by your forward motion...........the faster you go the stronger it is..........perhaps you never went that fast before.
