Hi,

And very sorry if this is the wrong place to put. But I can't see the notifications anymore on my phone. I mean the bell with a number on it with which you can see who reacted to you. When I click on it, I have to relog in and it does not work. Very strange. Anyone else has this problem?

I'm having the same problem, every time I click on the bell it logs me out. I can log back in but it's frustrating having to keep doing so. I've previously clicked on the bell and not had a problem. I think something must have changed and it's a bug on the site.

I've had that today so I just came out of it and went back in without a problem and didn't need to login. But that's not to say it will be OK later. 😕

It only seems to do it if I go into forum via the email notification. If I go straight in from the app its fine

Figures, I can not download the C25K app from this forum and I can not download the communities app either. So I just won't be able to see who reacted 😞. I don't get mail notification anymore either...

I'm useless at anything technical so I'm not much help.... Sorry to hear though and hopefully it's a temporary fault

I've had the same problem, yesterday, and today, i guess it's just a technical glitch, which will be sorted out soon.

It's been reported. I don't think we'll see a fix until later today (Monday).

This sounds like it stems back to the HU staff I'm sure someone will be aware roseabi may know something she's pretty sharp on the Technical stuff 👍

Hi all,

There have been a number of errors onsite recently, probably due to changes currently being made!

Please bear with it... I will contact HU about it this morning, and I am sure they will be working on this to fix it.
