So itβs been 16 days since my last Run πββοΈ so I knew today was going to be a hard one!!
The muddy puddles & damp leaves π slowed me down but I managed 31minutes and almost 4km! As my ankle started to hurt I had to stop. (Didnβt want to injury my weak ankles)!
Happy with my pace considering.
I am thinking of buying a treadmill so I can still run πββοΈ when the weather outside is horrible or after work as Iβm not comfortable running outside in the dark.
Any suggestions or advice please ?
