Completed my third week nine run yesterday (Saturday). I only covered 3.2k at my snail pace but plan on increasing the distance in the coming weeks. Looking forward to my badge! Thanks!

"Pugwash" on this forum sent me a great quote: "Comparison is the thief of joy." I graduated 4 weeks ago and my best was 3.72 but I have done some 3.3Ks during my Consolidation Runs. When I go over 3.5K, which I did today I am happy. But I need to do those less good runs to be able to do the better ones. I know I am getting better as I don't feel so knackered during or at the end. Most of us are still comparative beginners. As recent graduates we are just coming out of Kindergarten in the running world. We are learning and will get better. Enjoy your achievement and enjoy the rest of the journey.

Congratulations, dont worry about how far you ran, all that matters, is you ran for 30 mins, just remember those first runs in c25k, and how far you've come!!!👏👏🏆🏆🥳🥳
