Week 6. I can't believe I've got this far. At the end of week 5 I managed the 20 minutes without too much difficulty. And on Monday I'll do my first 25 minute run.
I think the hardest part of the whole plan was the first day - that first minute's run almost winded me. But now look, I'm running longer than I ever thought possible.
