And go for a first thing run (not first first thing, more of a finish being a taxi driver first thing).
So had my cup of coffee, kitted up and headed out. Man, that sucked, hated every second, was running with coach Bennet, but even he couldn't inspire me. Anyway, finished run, stretched, ate my porridge and smiled at the fact that on looking outside it's now tipping it down.
Interestingly, my pace was much faster, suppose that shows how keen I was to get back home π
It's my day off today and now I feel like I've got nothing to look forward to later π³ so night time running for me, all the way. Hope there's some evening marathons for the future !

I've also done most of my running, in the evening, after work, mon/wed/fri, am of work now, till jan 4, so will be day running for a few weeks, but it's nice to change routes a bit, as not reliant on street lighting!
Yeah Iβm an after work kinda girl. I go out on Friday morning as itβs my day off but, like you say, not early early but after the school run and a piece of toast. Iβm just not a morning person. Not sure I could manage a marathon after work tho - maybe a Mars π
