CR7 - I’m so happy this forum exists!

After writing about a difficult 6th CR on the treadmill, I received some brilliant and kind words of support and encouragement. Not to be deterred, I went back to the treadmill to give it another shot for CR 7 and it was (bizarrely as I am a lover of the outside) one of the most enjoyable runs! I set the pace nice and slow and managed to lose myself in my thoughts. Reflecting made me realise that speed can come later, the enjoyment of running is enough. And even better is receiving support from such lovely people on this forum. I’ve recommended this and c25k to every non-runner I’ve met!
