Can I graduate twice? I did the programme on a treadmill 2 years ago and life just got too busy to carry on. I have just completed it again with the addition of 1 kilo hand weights and I really will try to keep it up this time. The next big deal is running outside.

Of course you can graduate again, but you can only have one badge.Congratulations.
