Back at the gym to run this morning. After a week of no running because of the weather, I was relieved I could still run 30 minutes. The two weeks previously I had run outside and I was dire, but still moving at least.
Decided to use NRC app.......well it didn’t record my run properly. I hadn’t realised it was set to outside run. 🤬 After stropping and a fair amount of swearing, i found what I’d made a mess of. I’ve fixed this for next time. So all should be good. 🤞🏻
30 minutes was good, ran just over 4K and felt good after it. Mentally too! Husband decided to join me, usually he’s banned as he can run. I wasn’t put off by him sprinting beside me. I might let him join me again 😂
I even went to the weights section to sort out my bingo wings and inside thighs. 😬 Fruitful morning!

Well done, another 30 min run ticked of, glad you've been able to get back to the gym ☺ i'm the opposite really, actualy quite reluctant to go back to the gym, happy running outside, although i've been lucky weather wise, not had too many wet runs!
Good, running outside is my ultimate goal. Till I build up my strength and stamina I’m better in the gym. My main problem is the frost/ice here recently . Then there’s the hidden dog turd in fallen leaves 🤣.
